User Control: You retain ownership of any content you post on AQARAT (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to post such User Content.
Disclaimer of Responsibility for User Content: AQARAT does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of User Content. You, the user, are solely responsible for any User Content you post and the consequences of posting it.

Termination

AQARAT reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms.

This includes, but is not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. You may not use any of the Intellectual Property without prior written consent from AQARAT.

AQARAT provides its system on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AQARAT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the AQARAT Property Management ERP System, even if AQARAT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
